We offer Home Loan solutions to our customers for construction, purchase, repair and renovation of dwelling units and our strength is in our ability to closely understand our customer’s repayment ability and tailor our offerings to that. We offer loans to all segments where formal income documents are not available and each loan offer is made after assessing the applicant through field investigation and cash flow assessment. Under this Assessed Income program we offer loans upto 35 lacs subject to eligibility as computed by EHFL.

We have a vast and growing network of branches manned by our own staff which helps in ensuring a fast and seamless customer experience with emphasis on a single window interface for the customer. Our Branch Operations have significant technology architecture to ensure industry leading customer experience.

We offer attractively priced products and our Rate of Interest captures the individual details of each customer through a customised credit underwriting model.

We also offers Balance Transfer facility on attractive terms to help our customers lower their EMI cash outflows and also avail of attractive Top Up facilities subject to their eligibility.

Overview

We offer products for the following purposes-

  • For construction and purchase of house (Home Loan-HL)
  • Repair and renovation of dwelling units (Home Improvement Loan- HIL)
  • Plot Purchase and Construction thereon (PCL)
  • Loan against Property (LAP)
  • Balance Transfer Facility from other Financial Institutions (BT)

Our strength is in our ability to closely understand our customers repayment ability and tailor our offerings to that. We offer loans to all segments where formal income documents are not available and each loan offer is made after assessing the applicant through field investigation and cash flow assessment.

LTVs range from 50% to 90% depending upon product category with interest rates being calculated based on monthly rests. The tenure also ranges from 10 years to 20 years again depending upon product category.

We have also structured our product suite to cater to the following variety of customer segments-

  • Product for Employed customers with Cash Salary / Self Employed customers with Assessed Income
  • Products for Employed customers with regular bank salaries / Self employed and Professional customers based on their formal income proof
  • Products are offered for employed customers with regular bank salaries and Self employed/Professional customers based on their formal income proofs. Loan eligibility is calculated based on a combination of formal incomes and individual’s asset creation history thereby calculating eligibilities based on actual repayment capability.
    Customers get the benefit of customised loan eligibilities which matches their actual repayment ability thereby helping in meeting requirements in a better way.
    Eligibility is assessed based on factors like financials, age, vintage, qualification, asset creation, nature of business, continuity of income, financial discipline and savings history etc. Loans are assessed after detailed field investigation and cash flow assessment in addition to scrutiny of business financials.
    All charges, taxes, levies etc. applicable as per the prevailing rate will be charged over and above these charges. This statement of charges is as on date of disbursement and is subject to change in future.
